Emerging Trends 2021

For its seventh year, ULI Cleveland is expanding the Urban Land Institute Emerging Trends effort with a more in-depth measure of the Northeastern Ohio real estate market. Your participation in the survey is crucial and will require approximately 15 minutes of your time.

This year we have shortened the survey to focus on the sectors most important to you. We welcome any feedback you would like to share with us about the new format.

Answers from this survey will appear within the 2021 ULI Cleveland Emerging Trends report. ULI Cleveland promises to maintain the confidentiality of individual respondents' data. Any quotes used will be reported anonymously; all other data will be reported in aggregate terms.
